Renovating exisiting glass
As well as creating new glass, I also offer a repair and renovation service.
Many windows have been in situ for over a hundred years, and even if the glass has not been broken, the lead often becomes saggy and bent out of shape. This makes the window less than secure, with the glass more liable to fall out. It also makes the whole window look old and tired.
I can renovate windows by stripping off the old lead, replacing any broken glass with the exact same glass, (or as closely as possible where the old glass is no longer available), and then re-leading with fresh lead cames. Your window should then last for another 100 years or more
